Board Certification in Bankruptcy
Devoting approximately 70 percent of his practice to bankruptcy law, Mr. Fuller is among the select lawyers in Dallas County to receive certification in bankruptcy by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has been board-certified since 1993. Board certification in bankruptcy law designates a lawyer’s demonstrated expertise and competence in the field. To maintain certification, attorneys must apply for re-certification every five years, which includes meeting standards of peer review by lawyers and judges as well as fulfilling continuing legal education requirements in bankruptcy law.
